In order to manage childcare services within an organization for mothers with small babies, an organization may consider providing an onsite childcare facility within the organization. This helps to ease the stresses of caring for children while at work and also reduces the missed work days as a parent attends to the needs of their child. If a child care facility is not available at the work place, the employer may consider some flexible work plans to enable employees to take care of their children’s needs such as school mid-term breaks, attending to children’s plays and concerts or picking their children from school.
